Delivery Information

UK Delivery:

• We utilise Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service for all UK orders, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days.
• A signature will be required upon delivery.
• The cost for this service is £3.00.

International Delivery:

• International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-11 business days.
• A signature will be required upon delivery.

General Delivery Information:

• To ensure successful delivery, please verify that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
• Important: Please double-check the accuracy of your delivery address. In the event of an incorrect address being provided, the order will be cancelled, and a new order will be required. Regrettably, we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect address information, and refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.
